Safe Betting Platform

Why Is Responsible Gambling Important?

Online betting is a form of entertainment — but if it goes out of control, it can cause harm to your personal, family, and financial life.

66ww believes every player's experience should be enjoyable, safe, and within their limits. Our platform offers a set of effective tools and guidelines for responsible gambling. On this page you will learn how to set deposit limits, take a time-out, use self-exclusion, and contact our 24/7 support team whenever you need.

Remember — gambling or betting is not a source of income; it is a form of entertainment. Every bet should be backed by a considered decision and an honest assessment of what you can afford. 66ww is always by your side — so you can enjoy genuine fun through responsible gambling.

Our Protection Tools

66ww provides these features to keep your play safe.

Deposit Limit

Set the maximum amount you can deposit per day, per week, or per month — entirely on your own terms. Once a limit is set, it takes effect immediately. Increasing a limit requires a minimum 7-day cooling-off period — this protects you from spending more money on impulse.

Time-Out Feature

If you feel you need a short break, take a time-out ranging from 24 hours up to 30 days. During this period your account will be completely inactive and no bets or deposits will be accepted. Once the time-out ends, your account is automatically reactivated.

Self-Exclusion

For a longer break, choose self-exclusion — for 3 months, 6 months, 1 year, or permanently. During self-exclusion it is not possible to log in to your account. Please speak with our support team before finalising this decision.

Play History and Spending Review

At any time, view a full history of your deposits, withdrawals, and bets from the past 30, 60, or 90 days from your account. Analyse your spending patterns and decide whether you are playing within your limits.

24/7 Support and Guidance

For any problems or concerns related to betting, our Bengali-speaking support team is available around the clock. Contact us via live chat or email us at [email protected]. No question is too small — we are always ready to help.

Age Verification (21+ Confirmation)

66ww strictly prohibits anyone under the age of 21 from registering or participating in play. Identity verification is mandatory at the time of registration and before the first withdrawal. Please keep younger members of your household away from this site.

Warning Signs of Problem Gambling

If you notice any of the following signs in yourself, please seek support.

Betting beyond your budget and placing more bets to try to recover lost money
Forgetting about family or work while playing and neglecting your responsibilities
Lying to or hiding your betting activity from family or friends
Feeling restless, anxious, or irritable when you are unable to bet
Taking on debt or drawing on savings to fund betting
Repeatedly sitting down to play "one last time" but being unable to stop
Using betting as a way to escape stress or problems

Asking for help is a sign of strength

If you recognise any of the signs above in yourself, please seek support without delay. Helping yourself or a loved one is a courageous step. 66ww's support team can provide proper guidance with complete confidentiality.

Build Healthy Betting Habits

Set a clear budget before you play and stick to it. Never think of betting as a way to earn money — treat it as entertainment. If you lose, stay calm; if you win, avoid getting carried away and stick to your plan. Take regular breaks and spend time with your family.

Frequently Asked Questions

Answers to common questions about responsible gambling.

Yes, reducing a deposit limit or setting a new one takes effect immediately. However, increasing a limit requires a minimum 7-day cooling-off period. This protects you from making decisions based on impulse.

After your self-exclusion period ends (3 months, 6 months, or 1 year), you will need to contact the support team to reactivate your account. In the case of permanent self-exclusion, the account cannot be reopened. Please speak with us before making any decision.

Absolutely. Even when a time-out is active, your account balance remains fully secure. Only new deposits and bets are paused. Once the time-out ends, your account is automatically restored to its previous state and you can use your balance as normal.

In this situation, email [email protected] or contact us via live chat immediately. Our security team will investigate quickly and take the necessary action. We treat fraudulent activity with the utmost seriousness.

Setting a deposit limit or time-out may affect progress toward any currently active bonus conditions. During self-exclusion, all bonuses are cancelled. Your wellbeing and safety always come before any bonus.

Start by speaking with them openly and with empathy. Offer support rather than criticism. Let our support team know — we can review an account at the request of a third party. If needed, advise seeking professional mental health support.
